All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. We are human and unfortunately things are missed however, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges as all products are made to order at the time of purchase. It is important to know that all sizes are Adult Unisex in size unless otherwise noted or available for selection. (sometimes listed as Ladies S,M,L,XL, or Youth S,M,L,XL)
